This sweet little heart necklace has 5 hearts which can be personalised with your own unique inclusion  which can feature one or more  of your inclusions such as ​hair, ashes, breastmilk and umbilical cord. Each heart can then be personalised further with the addition of glitters, colours, birthstones and opal flakes.
